Course content
This course combines high-impact visuals, clear narration, and interactive activities to guide learners through:
- What PPE is (and what it is not)
- PPE within the hierarchy of controls
- UK legislation and regulatory requirements
- Employer and employee duties
- Selecting suitable PPE: head, eye, hearing, hand, foot, respiratory, and specialist protection
- PPE training, fit checks, and correct use
- PPE symbols, signage, and CE making
- Caring for, maintaining, storing, and disposing of PPE correctly

Assessment & certification
This PPE Awareness training course ends with a 10-question multiple choice assessment with a downloadable certificate.
User certificates, training progress, and results are all stored centrally in your LMS and can be accessed any time to reprint certificates, check and set pass marks, and act as proof of a commitment to ongoing legal compliance.
